About
Neighbors 4 Neighbors Incorporated (N4N) was founded by Carter Lard as a direct response to the social challenges affecting both residents and migrants in the greater New York tri-state region. Drawing on the extensive experience gained from leading Carter Lard Consulting (CLC), Carter Lard established N4N to focus on innovative, compassionate solutions that address the pressing needs of vulnerable populations, including those impacted by homelessness, mental health challenges, substance abuse, and job instability.
The expertise garnered from CLC’s work in Migrant Shelter Operations, Case Management, and Workforce Development has been integrated into N4N’s mission and program design. This allows N4N to effectively address these challenges with a comprehensive, human-centered approach.
